A very dear and loving friend sadly passed away last saturday. I met up with some mutual friends on wednesday evening, we form a very informal book group, so informal that we don’t always manage to talk about the book we’ve all been reading. Anyway, this week we met up to talk about Leslie, to remember happier times.
Leslie was incredibly elegant, she was one of those people who was able to drape clothes where the rest of us would simply wear them. She loved colour too, this flamingo painting that I did earlier this week is in a small way, reminiscent of her – she would find it really amusing to be compared to such a bird!!
